If I’m not the trainer you’re looking for, I won’t leave you stuck! I’ve curated a small team of trusted personal trainers, all based around Peckham Rye and East Dulwich, and also covering Nunhead, Camberwell, Honor Oak, and Dulwich Village.
Each brings their own expertise, but we all share the same approach: keeping things simple, supportive, and tailored to your needs. That way, you’ll always have someone you can trust to guide you and help you take the next step in your fitness journey.

Founder and Personal Trainer
Since 2011, I’ve been helping women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s move through life’s changes, whether that’s pregnancy, motherhood, or perimenopause, with strength and confidence. With the right approach to exercise and nutrition, you can support your body through every stage.
My training focuses on resistance work, which is essential for women at this point in life. It builds strength, tones your body, supports bone health, boosts metabolism, and helps with weight management. (And yes, it is always satisfying when you can lift something heavy with ease!)
We’ll also take a thoughtful approach to nutrition - focusing on using real food to fuel your energy and recovery, while aligning with your health and fitness goals. If weight loss is one of those goals, we’ll prioritise sustainable strategies and practical tools you can confidently maintain. And if you’ve chosen to use medication as part of your weight loss journey, I’ve completed additional training to ensure I can support you effectively.

Personal Trainer
Firstly, its all about YOU. My job is to help you. Exercises are tools, nutrition is a set of rules and I'll show you how to use both. I won't ask you to step on the scales, take pictures or measure yourself, our tracker will be how your clothes fit and how you feel.
Everyone is different but the underlying motivation for people coming to me is they aren't sure what to do. I will teach you what to do and help you become confident to exercise so the next time you find yourself in a gym or exercise class you won't feel out of place.
With 15 years experience of training clients, if getting toned or building muscle is your goal, I am confident I can teach you to how exercise to get the body you want!

Personal Trainer
I work with people who are keen to get stronger and healthier for their day-to-day lives, no matter what the reason. I've spent over 10 years learning and developing my fitness knowledge as a hobby and re-qualified as a Personal Trainer during the pandemic to make it my permanent career.
I will work with you to make time for yourself and your health, supporting you to make better nutritional choices that will help you succeed in meeting your goals. I will teach you new skills to build up your fitness and coordination and most importantly, we will have fun doing it!
As well as having an energetic child, I'm also a trustee for a patient-led charity and have an interest in working alongside those with chronic health conditions.

Aimee
Pilates Instructor
Aimee first discovered Pilates during her career as a professional dancer and credits it with helping her stay injury-free on and off stage. With her ballet background, she teaches with a sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on technique.
She believes Pilates offers countless benefits—from improving posture and breathing to building body awareness and easing stress, anxiety, and tension.
After leaving theatre, Aimee trained extensively with STOTT Pilates in Reformer, Mat, and Stability Chair, and has been teaching for over 10 years. She offers versatile sessions online or in your home, with expertise in pre and postnatal Pilates, whole-body conditioning, and tailored programs for hypermobility, back pain, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and injury rehab.
