Since 2011, I have been helping women gracefully navigate the journey of their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Life brings many changes during these decades, from pregnancy and motherhood to perimenopause, and with the right approach to exercise and nutrition, you can cultivate a body that serves you well throughout all of them.
My personal training sessions centre around resistance training, which is of paramount importance for all women in these stages of life. Not only does it help strengthen, sculpt and tone your body, it’s also beneficial for bone health, boosting metabolism and managing weight. (Plus, it’s always fun when you can lift something after someone’s warned you to “be careful, it’s heavy!”)
Exploring nutrition, we’ll cover how to eat to nurture your body, taking into account your health, weight or fitness goals. If your goals include weight loss, nutrition will be a big part of your program, but don’t expect any fad diets or quick fixes. Together, we'll embark on a journey to empower you with the knowledge to embrace these transformative years with confidence.

Firstly, its all about YOU. My job is to help you. Exercises are tools, nutrition is a set of rules and I'll show you how to use both. I won't ask you to step on the scales, take pictures or measure yourself, our tracker will be how your clothes fit and how you feel.
Everyone is different but the underlying motivation for people coming to me is they aren't sure what to do. I will teach you what to do and help you become confident to exercise so the next time you find yourself in a gym or exercise class you won't feel out of place.
With 15 years experience of training clients, if getting toned or building muscle is your goal, I am confident I can teach you to how exercise to get the body you want!

I work with people who are keen to get stronger and healthier for their day-to-day lives, no matter what the reason. I've spent over 10 years learning and developing my fitness knowledge as a hobby and re-qualified as a Personal Trainer during the pandemic to make it my permanent career.
I will work with you to make time for yourself and your health, supporting you to make better nutritional choices that will help you succeed in meeting your goals. I will teach you new skills to build up your fitness and coordination and most importantly, we will have fun doing it!
As well as having an energetic 5 year old I'm also a trustee for a patient-led charity and have an interest in working alongside those with chronic health conditions.

Aimee was introduced to Pilates during her career as a professional dancer and accredits this for helping her avoid injury on and off stage.
Aimee believes that Pilates has endless benefits, including lengthening and improving posture, developing breathing techniques and bringing internal muscular awareness to the body. It can also help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. She teaches with an eye for detail as a result of her technique-focused ballet background.
Subsequently, after her Theatre career, she embarked on the highly regarded STOTT Pilates course, training in Reformer, Mat and Stability Chair styles and has been teaching for 9 years.
Aimee provides a versatile range of services, available both online and in the comfort of your own home. Her expertise encompasses pre and postnatal Pilates, whole-body conditioning and tailored sessions designed for individuals dealing with hypermobility, back pain, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and those seeking injury rehabilitation.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and in the early stages of my career I was competing in several different sports, running, bodybuilding to name a few. After 4 years, I ran into problems. My body was exhausted, I was suffering from RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport), and naturally my hormones were a mess.
This is what led me to study female physiology. I needed to understand the damage I had done and was still doing to my body. Alongside my own problems, my clients were presenting issues I didn’t fully understand. I needed to be able to provide the help and support they required. Fast forward to the present day, I have managed to recover my own health, as well as helping countless clients - all with issues such as disordered eating, Low Energy Availability, hormonal imbalances and peri & post menopause.
It can often feel like our hormones are working against us and this makes exercise (as well as life) feel like an uphill struggle, so whether you are training for an event or want to look and feel good as well as building a strong resilient body, I can help.
I am also Pre and Post natal qualified - having trained and helped many women restore their bodies to health, pre-conception, throughout pregnancy and post birth. Please get in touch to have a chat and see if I’m the right trainer for you.
